an organization located at Kochi, Kerala, India, providing
various HR services, job placements, Training/Development
Programmes and Management Solutions.
The Organization was started in July 2001 and within a
short span could emerge as a leading firm in its field
in Kerala, and is planning to offer its services outside
Kerala in a phased manner. |

Mr.P.J. Joy who had a two decade long professional career
in HR management field is the promoter and Principal Consultant
of People Power Management Consulting.
Mr.P.J.Joy is Masters Degree holder in Social Work with Personnel
Management specialization from Madras School of Social Work
and an MBA (Marketing) from IGNOU.
Mr. Joy is an accredited practitioner to conduct Individual
and Organizational Assessment Centre (IOAC)-certification
given by Academy of HRD, Ahmedabad.

Mr. Joy served National Institute Of
Personal Management (NIPM), Kerala Chapter as its Honorary
secretary for 2 consecutive terms (2000-2001&2001-2002).He
has been the Editor of widely acclaimed ‘Kerala Personnel
‘ magazine brought out by NIPM,Kerala chapter from 1996.
NIPM kerala Chapter secured best chapter
award consecutively for 2 years among 53 chapters in
the country during his tenure. Mr. Joy is the recipient
of Best Member Award in the national level from NIPM.

Mr. P.J.Joy is an established Corporate/ Academic trainer
and a regular contributor of articles for periodicals and
magazines.
