Mr. P. J. Joy is the Founder, CEO, and Principal Consultant of People Power Management Consulting. He holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work with a specialization in Personnel Management from the Madras School of Social Work (University of Madras) and an MBA in Marketing from IGNOU.

With over two decades of professional experience, Mr. Joy has held key HR and Personnel Management positions at Harrisons Malayalam Ltd, Popular Automobiles, and the Kuttukaran Group of Companies. He is also an accredited practitioner in conducting Individual and Organizational Assessment Centres (IOAC), certified by the Academy of HRD, Ahmedabad.

Mr. Joy has been actively involved in the National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM). He served as Chairman of the Kerala Chapter (2008–2010) and as Honorary Secretary (2000–2002). Under his leadership, the Kerala Chapter won the Best Chapter Award consecutively for two years among 53 chapters across India. He has also received the Best Member Award at the national level.

In addition, Mr. Joy is a well-recognized corporate and academic trainer and a regular contributor of articles to professional periodicals and magazines.
