The Manager- HR will be responsible for driving the people agenda across multiple manufacturing units in Kerala and Delhi, ensuring alignment with business objectives and organizational standards. The role will oversee unit-level HR teams, strengthen on-ground HR delivery, and enable a productive, compliant, and engaged workforce across locations.

Minimum 12 years of hands-on experience in the construction and execution of high-rise residential building projects. Must have worked for reputed real estate developers/builders outside Kerala for a substantial part of the career. Experience in handling multiple concurrent premium residential projects is essential. Proven experience in leading large project teams and managing projects from inception to handover. Age Above 42 Years. Expert in High-rise residential construction, RCC structural systems, Project Planning & Scheduling (Primavera / MS Project), Project Risk Management, Contracts & Vendor Management, Statutory Approvals & Regulatory Compliance

Core Experience in Quality Assurance.  Food Industry Experience Must. Candidates Preferably from Spices, Seasonings Exp

Conduct patient consultations, assess health conditions, and prescribe treatments as per Ayurvedic protocols. Recruit, train, and lead therapists to ensure efficient treatment delivery and adherence to organisational standards. Extend all possible support for the business development activities of the Treatment Centre. Provide lifestyle counselling, preventive health advice, and advise Panchakarma treatment (IP referral) if required.  Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality at all times. Participate in health talks, workshops, and wellness camps to promote Treatment Centre services.  Stay updated with Ayurvedic practices, treatments, and modern integrative approaches
